M&O Events is the organizer of Who's Bad — Michael Jackson Tribute Concert in Lebanon and is responsible for this event website, whosbadlebanon.com. This policy covers information handled through this website and event enquiries sent to us.

2. Information we use
- Website delivery and security. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the website.
- Enquiries. When you contact us, we receive your phone number and any name, messages, or other information you choose to share. We use this to respond and handle your enquiry.
- Advertising measurement. We use Meta Pixel to understand visits, time spent viewing the page, and ticket-link clicks, measure advertising performance, and help reach people interested in the event.
There is no account registration or payment form on this website. Online ticket purchases take place on Ticketing Box Office.
3. Meta Pixel and advertising
Meta Pixel loads automatically when you open the concert page, without a cookie-consent prompt. It records a page visit and clicks on links to Ticketing Box Office. For a ticket-link click, we include the concert name, the button’s position on the page, and the ticketing destination. A click is not recorded as a completed purchase on this website.
We also send an engagement event after the concert page has been visible for a total of 30 seconds during a visit. Time while the tab is hidden is excluded. This helps us measure interest and create audiences for advertising on Meta.
Meta may also receive your IP address, browser and device details, the page address and referrer, and cookie or advertising identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account and use it for measurement and personalized advertising under its own policies. We do not send the content of your phone calls or WhatsApp enquiries to the Pixel.

4. Cookies and your choices
Meta Pixel may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize browsers and measure advertising activity. This website does not offer an Accept or Decline control for Meta tracking.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage personalized advertising through Meta’s account settings. Browser tracking protections may also limit the information sent to Meta. The event content and ticket links remain usable when Meta tracking is blocked.
Deleting cookies does not remove information already received by Meta, and new cookies may be set on a later visit unless your browser blocks them. See Meta’s policies linked above for its privacy controls and data-request options.
5. Video, tickets, and external services
Video. The Wistia player loads when you choose to play the teaser. Wistia then receives the connection information needed to deliver it. Viewing-session analytics are enabled so we can measure plays and video engagement. See Wistia’s Privacy Policy.
Tickets. Ticketing Box Office handles online bookings and payments under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not collect payment-card details on this landing page. Ticket links may include campaign labels that identify the advert or campaign that brought you here.
Contact and directions. WhatsApp and map links open external services. Those services handle information under their own policies. Contacting us is optional; you do not need to send an enquiry to browse the website.
6. Sharing and retention
Information is handled by the services described above to operate the website, provide requested features, respond to enquiries, and measure advertising. These providers may process information outside Lebanon. Their policies explain their processing locations and protections, including the Vercel Privacy Notice and the Meta and Wistia policies linked above.
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, related event matters, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Providers apply their own retention periods to information they handle; there is no single retention period for all these services.
7. Your privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Contact us to discuss a request about information we hold. We may ask for enough information to verify and locate your enquiry before acting on it.
For data held directly by Ticketing Box Office, Meta, Wistia, or WhatsApp, you can also use that provider’s privacy request and account controls.
